Alongside Joey Cannizzaro and Johanna Deeb's game of 'Dare or Dare' by the Shame Ensemble, Earl Gravy's screening of The Divine Omelette, the monster finger signing extravaganza was part of a Resurrection Party at Knights Inn, Los Angeles, on Easter Sunday, April 5, 2015.
Using a 3 D printed monster finger designed with Bryne Rasmussen-Smith, party guests signed a card addressed to the White House that corrected an analogy made by former general Michael Hayden on CNN in which he compared airstrikes in Syria to casual sex. Inspired by a talisman for thieves from the Middle Ages known as the Hand of Glory, this version functioned as a pen with my fingerprint on the inside, and aimed to grant temporary anonymity during the signing.
